Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of rice
- 1/2 cup of mixed vegetables (your choice)
- 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil
- 1 egg
Steps
- Cook rice in your favorite container before hand
- Add half teaspoon of oil and cook egg in a pan until scrambled.
- Add rice, mixed vegetables, and the rest of the oil into the pan.
- Fry until rice is golden brown and veggies are soft.
