Fried Rice with eggs

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of rice
  • 1/2 cup of mixed vegetables (your choice)
  • 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 egg

Steps

  1. Cook rice in your favorite container before hand
  2. Add half teaspoon of oil and cook egg in a pan until scrambled.
  3. Add rice, mixed vegetables, and the rest of the oil into the pan.
  4. Fry until rice is golden brown and veggies are soft.
